Metaphors are a creative way to communicate because they allow you to convey complex or abstract ideas in a way that’s more relatable and vivid. When you use a metaphor, you’re comparing two different things to highlight a similarity, which can make a concept easier to grasp, more emotional, or more memorable. In this course, I made the comparison that microlearning and haiku poetry are similar.

In many respects, prospecting is a "numbers game." Sales success depends on: 1) First knowing who the best people are to contact within a business and 2) Having the right the number of touches (emails, phone calls, and voicemails) to find the Right Prospects. This course helped salespeople learn prospecting techniques to accomplish these two goals.
